I BIG shout out to all OP2 users out there! It WILL bring more power to your marketing pages! Back me up on this one!
Every element in OP2 can be delayed on the page, which is awesome! Specially for sales pages. However, the ROWS cannot be delayed. So if you delay an element that is located within a row that has a background, the element will not show, obviously, but the row will!
For example, if your row has a red background (or whatever background), the page will load with a senseless red stripe with nothing in it until the delayed element shows up.
If you have multiple delayed elements across many different rows with backgrounds, then the page will load with just as many meaningless colored stripes all over. It looks ugly, kills page design, and makes the user experience poor...
Say you want to create a sales page that shows a sales video only and you want it to show the buy button at the 9 minute mark.
However, say you want to load the entire long form sales letter at the same time... There will be several rows and you´ll very likely have different colored backgrounds for some of them, in order to differentiate sections and estimulate attention.
In that case, all those colored rows WILL appear from the very begining, before the buy button or the long form show up.
Can you see how that makes no sense for the user nor adds value to the page?
Let´s vote up for this feature guys! It´ll be a BIG improvement to OP2!
